Cadillac Palace. Opened in 1926, the 2,500-seat Cadillac Palace Theatre has been beautifully restored to its vaudeville days, with modern technological improvements. Inspired by the palaces of Versailles and Fontainebleau, the majestic theater has seen the likes of Bob Hope and Mae West. Remodeled in 1999 to its current splendor, Cadillac Palace was recently home to the nine-month run of "The Lion King"-an ambitious show that fits with the grandeur of the theater.
