What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00pm CST. Please note, due to high demand, there may be days that all rooms are not ready by 4:00pm. We will be happy to store your luggage, if needed, and contact you when your room is ready.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We understand that sometimes you may need a little more time to depart. If that is the case, please contact the Front Desk to request a later departure based on availability. Fees will apply based on time of departure.

Does the hotel have irons and ironing boards in the rooms?
Yes, we have a full size ironing board and a steam iron in each room. In addition, we offer valet service for any laundry or dry cleaning you wish to send out.
Does the hotel have microwaves and mini refrigerators in each room?
While we don't have those items in each room, we do have some available upon request. If you require one or both of them, please contact us in advance at 312-944-6300, to request one or both, so we can ensure we have them available upon your arrival. Both items are in limited quantities and may not be available. There is no charge to use these items.
